Digital Transformation Process

Digital transformation is a core pillar of our business philosophy.

The AKES product configuration software developed in-house by KOHLER enables fast and convenient design of standard product lines. This system is fully integrated with automated drawing software and a powerful enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, connecting all operational and manufacturing activities.

As a result, Quotation – Design – Production – Logistics processes are seamlessly coordinated, optimizing execution time and minimizing operational errors.

Our automation system operates on three core platforms:

1. AKES: Product configuration and parameter selection software independently researched and developed by KOHLER.
2. Automated drawing system: Specialized software for generating technical drawings for each elevator product line.
3. ERP system: A comprehensive management platform that fully integrates the entire production and business process.
